Lead digital system support, driving incident resolution, change management, and infrastructure reliability across Windows, Linux, and virtualized environments using ITIL best practices and cloud services like AWS.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of support engineers to resolve high‑impact incidents and service requests across enterprise systems.
- Implement ITIL processes for incident, problem, change, and release management, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server, Linux, and VMware environments, applying automation via PowerShell and Bash scripts.
- Collaborate with architecture and security teams to design and deploy scalable solutions in AWS.
- Develop and deliver training, documentation, and knowledge base articles for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and proven incident/problem management skills.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience deploying and managing services in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
