About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality technical support to users via chat, email, and phone, diagnosing and resolving issues related to digital products.
- Develop and maintain Golang scripts and tools to automate support workflows and improve response times.
- Create engaging video tutorials and marketing collateral that explain product features and best practices.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to identify recurring problems and propose feature enhancements.
- Analyze support metrics, generate reports, and recommend process improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical customer support or help‑desk roles.
- Strong programming skills in Golang and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Experience creating video content or marketing materials is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
