About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day technical support for the organisation’s digital products and IT services.
- Conduct functional testing and quality assurance for new product releases and IT updates.
- Design, implement and maintain automated workflows that align with business needs.
- Manage issue tracking, root‑cause analysis and resolution to minimise downtime.
- Support digital skills development across the organisation through training and documentation.
Requirements
- Higher National Diploma (SCQF level 7) or equivalent professional accredited course in Computing or related field.
- Strong experience in IT support, QA and automated workflow design.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
