About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on‑call support for live production environments, diagnosing and resolving issues across cloud, database, and application layers.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement platform improvements, including AI‑driven workflow automation.
- Write and maintain Python and Node.js scripts for monitoring, data extraction, and automation tasks.
- Manage AWS resources (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda) to ensure high availability and performance.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and contribute to knowledge base for internal and client use.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of IT or support experience, preferably in a cloud or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js for scripting and automation.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with low‑code platforms and workflow automation concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
