About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation initiatives for South Korean enterprises, designing and implementing SAP cloud and on‑premise solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, develop solution blueprints, and deliver high‑impact business cases.
- Drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Apply agile practices to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting or digital solution delivery.
- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Korean and English.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with agile methodologies and change management.
