Software Engineer
Digital Solutions Engineer responsible for deploying, supporting, and optimizing Alstom’s digital platforms using Python, Node.js, and AWS, while driving DevOps practices and continuous integration to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain digital solutions using Python and Node.js across cloud environments.
- Deploy and manage services on AWS, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and release processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
- Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and recommend optimizations.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Python and Node.js development.
- Hands‑on knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD tooling (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication skills in English.
