Product Manager
Strategic Digital Product Owner driving end‑to‑end delivery of digital capabilities, prioritising features, and measuring outcomes such as growth, cost reduction, and enhanced customer and adviser experiences.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap aligned with the organisation's digital strategy.
- Prioritise backlog items, write clear user stories, and ensure delivery of high‑value features in Agile sprints.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including design, engineering, data, and compliance—to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Measure and report on product performance, quantifying benefits such as cost‑to‑serve reductions, revenue growth, and improved user experience.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels to gather feedback, manage expectations, and secure alignment on priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within a large‑scale digital transformation programme.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a track record of delivering products in iterative environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data and metrics to drive decision‑making and demonstrate value.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
