Role Purpose
The Digital Product Manager will own the strategy, planning, and execution of Dose ’s digital platforms—including our website replatform, mobile app development, and healthcare practitioner portal. This role ensures Dose ’s digital ecosystem delivers a seamless, scalable, and high-performing user experience that supports both consumer and practitioner audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Digital Roadmap: Define and deliver the roadmap across web, mobile, and digital touchpoints that drive conversion, retention, and brand experience.
Lead Website Replatform: Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of Dose ’s new website, ensuring scalability, performance, and UX excellence.
Drive App Development: Lead the design and launch of Dose ’s mobile app from discovery through delivery, aligning with brand and growth goals.
Build Practitioner Site: Develop and manage a separate digital experience for healthcare professionals—scoping requirements, mapping journeys, and managing technical delivery.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, design, and operations teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
Manage Vendors & Tech Partners: Coordinate with internal and external developers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brief.
Leverage Data: Define KPIs, monitor performance, and use analytics to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
Champion the User: Advocate for user-centered design and frictionless experiences across all digital platforms.
