Lead the strategy, development, and launch of digital health solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and leveraging data analytics and agile practices to deliver user‑centric products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for digital health solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and regulatory teams to deliver features on time and within scope.
- Gather and prioritize user and market insights, translating them into clear product requirements.
- Drive agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to ensure rapid, iterative delivery.
- Monitor product performance metrics, conduct data‑driven analysis, and iterate to improve user experience and clinical outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital health, medical devices, or SaaS.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics tools and user research.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
