Digital Product Analyst driving data‑driven decisions for web and mobile platforms, defining metrics, configuring event tracking, and auditing user behavior to optimize product performance using Python, SQL, and leading analytics tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Embed within product squads to assess current analytics infrastructure and recommend enhancements.
- Define and own product metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Configure event tracking for new feature launches across web and mobile, using tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
- Audit and analyze user behavior data, producing actionable insights to improve user flows and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau, delivering clear visualizations to stakeholders.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives, designing experiments, analyzing results, and communicating findings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product analytics, preferably in a digital agency or tech company.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Tableau.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate data insights into business recommendations.
