About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for digital platforms that support precision breeding, trait selection, and in‑field performance analytics.
- Collaborate with data scientists, agronomists, and UX designers to translate farmer insights into actionable product features.
- Lead agile squads, prioritizing backlogs, sprint planning, and iterative releases to meet market and regulatory demands.
- Analyze usage metrics and market trends to refine product positioning and drive adoption across global sales channels.
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering, marketing, and field teams, ensuring alignment on product vision and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a technology‑driven agriculture or ag‑tech environment.
- Proven track record of launching data‑centric digital products that improve farmer outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product lifecycle tools (Jira, Confluence).
