Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, on‑page SEO audits, and technical SEO recommendations to improve organic visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Tableau dashboards.
- Collaborate with creative, merchandising, and e‑commerce teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
- Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a focus on SEM and SEO.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
