About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid search and paid social campaigns to acquire new patients and service users.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement A/B tests to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align messaging, creative, and landing pages with clinical relevance and brand standards.
- Generate regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in digital acquisition.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
