About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as subject‑matter expert for digital operations, providing guidance and support to cross‑functional teams.
- Continuously review and analyze online/mobile service performance, identifying potential issues and recommending process improvements.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer experience teams to troubleshoot incidents and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators and drive data‑driven decision making.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital operations or a related field, with a strong focus on online and mobile services.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
