About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end demand management process for digital and IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Prioritize and evaluate project proposals, creating a balanced portfolio that maximizes ROI and supports long‑term goals.
- Collaborate with business units, IT architects, and external partners to define requirements, scope, and success criteria.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, support sprint planning, and monitor progress against KPIs.
- Communicate status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT or digital demand management, preferably in a large, regulated environment.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and portfolio management tools.
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
