Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret complex analytics projects to uncover actionable insights for healthcare communication strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that translate data into clear, persuasive narratives for stakeholders.
• Integrate emerging AI and machine learning techniques to enhance predictive modeling and audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align insights with campaign objectives and measure digital performance.
• Present findings to senior leadership, translating technical results into strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in analytics, research, or digital measurement within the healthcare or communications sector.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis.
• Hands‑on knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application to marketing data.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.
