About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with federal agency stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize digital experience requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile development teams.
- Design and prototype user interfaces and workflows, ensuring alignment with usability standards and mission objectives.
- Leverage SQL and Tableau to analyze usage data, generate insights, and recommend enhancements to improve user satisfaction.
- Coordinate testing, validation, and change management activities to ensure seamless deployment of digital solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or web‑based projects, preferably for government or defense clients.
- Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in SQL querying and data visualization using Tableau.
- Familiarity with Oracle applications or databases and ability to translate technical constraints into business language.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management, and documentation skills.
