Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of digital engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions for financial services clients.
- Drive end‑to‑end project delivery using Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality, cloud‑native applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, leveraging AWS and data analytics tools.
- Champion best practices in software architecture, security, and compliance within the financial sector.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital engineering or technology consulting within financial services.
- Proven track record managing teams and delivering complex cloud (AWS) projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.
