Lead the online retail strategy for a fast‑growing lighting brand, overseeing platform management, SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization to drive revenue and improve the customer experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the eCommerce storefronts on platforms such as Shopify and Magento, ensuring seamless user experience and high availability.
- Develop and execute SEO and paid acquisition strategies to increase organic traffic and improve paid media ROI.
- Analyze site performance using Google Analytics and other data tools, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives, including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and personalization tactics.
- Collaborate with merchandising, content, and fulfillment teams to align product listings, promotions, and inventory with business goals.
- Monitor key eCommerce metrics (GMV, AOV, CAC, churn) and report results to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing B2C eCommerce sites, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Proven expertise with Shopify, Magento (or similar platforms), and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Ability to interpret data, create dashboards, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
