About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Process large volumes of physical and electronic documents, converting them to searchable digital formats using OCR and imaging software.
- Perform precise data entry and validation to maintain high data quality and meet service level agreements.
- Manage document routing, indexing, and storage within content management systems such as SharePoint or similar platforms.
- Identify and resolve imaging errors, quality issues, and workflow bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine document handling procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high‑volume document processing, imaging, or records management.
