Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital strategies for power transmission and distribution projects, ensuring alignment with group digital minimum requirements.
- Engage early with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing business processes and operating practices across the delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Digital Lead to translate strategy into actionable execution plans and monitor progress.
- Provide guidance to delivery teams on contract deliverables, risk management, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital delivery or project management within the power or utilities sector.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and business process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Experience with digital tools and platforms used in power transmission and distribution projects.
