Software Engineer
Lead the design, scaling, and governance of a modern digital delivery capability, driving end-to-end software delivery across multiple programs using full-stack, DevOps, cloud, data, automation, and AI technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap for digital delivery, aligning technology, processes, and talent to meet business objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in delivering high‑quality software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Establish and enforce delivery standards, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives across all digital programs.
- Drive adoption of modern cloud platforms, DevOps pipelines, automation tools, and AI/ML capabilities to accelerate time‑to‑market and improve product quality.
- Mentor and develop delivery managers, engineers, and technical leads, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software delivery leadership, with a proven track record in full‑stack development and cloud‑native architectures.
- Deep expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
- Hands‑on experience with data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML solution delivery.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change‑management skills.
- Experience scaling delivery capabilities in a large, complex organization is highly desirable.
