Data Analyst
Analyze customer journeys and digital performance using SQL, Python, and analytics platforms while ensuring data governance and quality across all digital touchpoints.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform data from web, mobile, and CRM sources to build comprehensive customer journey maps.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports in Tableau and Google Data Studio to surface insights on user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign effectiveness.
- Implement and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring data lineage, security, and compliance with quality standards.
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis using SQL and Python to answer business questions and support product, marketing, and CX teams.
- Identify data quality issues, define remediation processes, and monitor data health metrics continuously.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, customer journey analysis, or related data roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and statistical analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and data quality management.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for cross‑functional teams.
