About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end digital engagement strategies that align with business objectives and customer journey mapping.
- Analyze customer data, segment audiences, and leverage insights to personalize campaigns across web, mobile, and social platforms.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to integrate CRM solutions and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using Agile methodologies, ensuring on‑time delivery of high‑impact initiatives.
- Track performance metrics, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders to inform continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or customer engagement roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of UX principles and digital channel best practices is a plus.
