Software Engineer
Lead Salesforce Core Engineering projects, designing and enhancing client platforms with declarative and programmatic tools, including Flow Builder, APEX, Lightning Web Components, and advanced SOQL/SOSL queries.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and solutions architects to deliver high‑quality Salesforce engagements.
- Analyze, design, and implement platform enhancements using Lightning components and declarative tools such as Flow Builder, Record‑Triggered Flows, and Screen Flows.
- Develop and maintain Apex code, including triggers, classes, and asynchronous operations (future methods, scheduled jobs, queueable jobs).
- Write efficient SOQL and SOSL queries to support data retrieval and integration scenarios.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Core Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of declarative development (Flow Builder, Process Builder) and programmatic development (APEX, Lightning Web Components).
- Hands‑on experience with SOQL, SOSL, and asynchronous Apex patterns.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
