About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain engaging, accessible content for the People Hub (HR SharePoint), Connect intranet, and People Portal (ServiceNow) to support employee self‑service and HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with Internal Communications and HR teams to launch new HR products, ensuring consistent messaging and user‑friendly design.
- Analyze usage data and feedback to refine content, improve navigation, and increase employee engagement.
- Apply UX principles to create visually appealing layouts, infographics, and interactive elements that enhance the employee experience.
- Manage content lifecycle, including version control, approvals, and archival, while ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation and management for HR or enterprise intranet platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint, ServiceNow, and modern intranet tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual design skills with a focus on clarity and accessibility.
- Analytical mindset to interpret usage metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
