Digital Business Analyst driving the design, development and continuous improvement of digital services within a legal aid transformation program, leveraging Agile, UX, and data‑driven insights to solve complex business problems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and design of digital solutions, translating business needs into functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements, validate user stories, and prioritize backlog items.
- Apply UX principles to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps that enhance service usability.
- Collaborate with development teams using Agile practices to ensure timely delivery and quality of digital products.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision‑making, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring user feedback and iterating on solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and requirements engineering.
- Hands‑on experience with UX design tools and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, change‑oriented setting.
