About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end autonomous lab workflows, integrating robotics, data pipelines, and AI agents.
- Serve as the technical reference for automation and data‑centric technology across new R&D centers.
- Translate industry standards into scalable, cloud‑native solutions using AWS and containerized services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, design data models, and implement machine‑learning pipelines.
- Drive continuous improvement of automation frameworks, ensuring reliability, security, and performance at scale.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Python and Node.js for building automation and data services.
- Strong background in Machine Learning, AI agent orchestration, and cloud architecture (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with robotics or lab automation systems and data‑engineering pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience in designing scalable, maintainable solutions for global, multi‑site deployments.
