Purpose:

As part of our Engineering Transformation journey, we are looking for a Digital & AI Architect to accelerate the adoption of Digital Engineering, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence across Asset Integrity and Performance Engineering services.

The role will serve as a bridge between engineering teams and digital technologies, helping transform engineering ideas into scalable solutions that improve quality, efficiency, knowledge reuse, and project delivery. The individual will leverage modern AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Azure AI, and Machine Learning technologies to simplify routine engineering activities and unlock new ways of delivering engineering services.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to identify opportunities for digitalization and automation.
• Convert engineering challenges and innovative ideas into practical digital solutions.
• Design and implement AI-powered tools, copilots, and automation workflows that improve engineering productivity.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Azure AI, and other enterprise AI platforms.
• Automate repetitive activities such as report generation, data analysis, document reviews, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Establish AI-driven knowledge management solutions to capture and reuse engineering expertise.
• Identify unconventional and innovative approaches to enhance engineering quality, efficiency, and delivery speed.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital, and Engineering teams to deploy scalable and secure solutions.
• Lead proof-of-concepts, pilots, and industrialization of AI and digital initiatives.
