About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust analytics tracking across 70+ attraction websites using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets with SQL to uncover trends, user behavior, and performance gaps.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate insights to stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and client success teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Develop and document best‑practice tracking frameworks, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web analytics, preferably in the travel, tourism, or cultural heritage sector.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross‑functional projects.
- Experience with data governance and privacy best practices is a plus.
