Lead a high‑performing analytics team to deliver data‑driven insights across multiple retail brands, leveraging Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL and Tableau to shape digital experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional analytics team across Kingfisher’s brands, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights.
- Design, implement and maintain robust measurement frameworks in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to capture user behavior and campaign performance.
- Develop and automate SQL‑based data pipelines and Tableau dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into key metrics for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with digital, marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into analytical requirements and test hypotheses.
- Champion data quality, governance and best practices, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics within a large retail or e‑commerce environment.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL and Tableau (or similar BI tools).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading a team of analysts.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data governance best practices.
