What's in it for you: Trane Technologies is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer who will play a critical role in building and maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable technology platforms across our global digital ecosystem. This position sits at the intersection of development, security, and operations, ensuring that security is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle while enabling efficient and resilient delivery pipelines.

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will work with modern cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, security tooling, and monitoring solutions to strengthen application security, improve deployment reliability, and support operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with architects, application teams, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders to implement solutions that are secure by design, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex platform and security challenges, improving system resilience, and driving continuous improvement across a diverse technology landscape. You will gain exposure to enterprise-scale cloud and DevSecOps practices while contributing to the modernization and ongoing evolution of our engineering and security capabilities.

What you will do:

• Design, build, enhance, and support secure CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises platforms.
• Implement and maintain DevSecOps solutions using technologies such as GitHub Enterprise Cloud, Team Foundation Server, Subversion, Maven, Gradle, Make, Docker, Terraform, and Terraform Cloud.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD orchestration workflows using GitHub Actions, YAML, Python, Bash, Jenkins, and Agentic AI capabilities including MCP and Agents.
• Integrate automated testing and quality controls into the software delivery lifecycle using tools such as TOSCA, Selenium, Neoload, SonarQube, and general linting practices.
• Implement and maintain application security controls by leveraging SAST tools such as Checkmarx, GitHub Advanced Security, and CodeQL.
