Security Engineer
DevSecOps Engineer responsible for building and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines, managing releases, and supporting AWS cloud environments with a focus on automation and reliability.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions to ensure rapid, reliable delivery of software.
- Lead release management activities, including deployment, validation, and rollback procedures across multiple environments.
- Configure and manage AWS cloud resources, applying best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to embed security controls throughout the software lifecycle.
- Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve automation scripts and tooling.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFormation).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, release engineering, and infrastructure as code.
- Hands‑on experience with security best practices in DevOps, including secrets management and vulnerability scanning.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
