DevSecOps Engineer focused on designing, configuring, and deploying secure distributed energy solutions on the GridOS platform, leveraging CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure to ensure robust DER integration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for DERMS projects using Git, Jenkins, and Terraform.
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes clusters in AWS.
- Integrate security controls, perform vulnerability scanning, and enforce compliance across the software supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define interface standards and telemetry workflows between DERs, aggregators, and control systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of distributed energy services in production environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevSecOps or related roles within energy or infrastructure domains.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Hands‑on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and familiarity with security best practices (SAST, DAST, SCA).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
