Software Engineer
Lead and supervise a cross‑functional DevOps team, driving CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure to deliver reliable, secure software at scale.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle, ensuring rapid, reliable, and secure delivery.
- Lead a team of database administrators, DevOps engineers, technical consultants, and software engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry‑standard tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
- Manage containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes, optimizing deployment, scaling, and resilience.
- Architect and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, RDS, S3, and IAM, while enforcing best security practices.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) to proactively detect and resolve incidents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps experience with proven leadership in a supervisory role.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
