About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mission‑critical satellite and robotics software using Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
- Provision and manage scalable, secure Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS, ensuring high availability and compliance with aerospace standards.
- Automate infrastructure deployment with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Helm, reducing manual effort and improving reproducibility.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and operations teams to integrate automated testing, monitoring, and alerting into the delivery workflow.
- Implement container security best practices, including image scanning, runtime protection, and secrets management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps experience in high‑reliability or aerospace environments.
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch) and Kubernetes cluster management.
- Hands‑on scripting in Bash, Python, or Go for automation and tooling.
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and observability in cloud deployments.
