About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using industry‑standard tools (Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions).
- Architect and manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Lead cloud infrastructure provisioning and management on AWS, leveraging IaC tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Collaborate with development, security, and product teams to embed DevSecOps practices and automate compliance checks.
- Mentor and grow a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience in a senior or lead role.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Deep understanding of CI/CD best practices, automated testing, and release management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
