Systems Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end release and platform operations for a fast‑moving AI‑native lab services marketplace, ensuring reliable, automated delivery from code commit to production using GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Supabase/Postgres.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions to automate testing, building, and deployment of microservices.
- Provision and manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Configure and monitor AWS infrastructure (ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch) and integrate Supabase/Postgres for data services.
- Implement observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) and set up alerting for production incidents.
- Collaborate with developers to enforce best practices, perform code reviews, and provide feedback on deployment readiness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of DevOps experience in a SaaS or platform environment.
- Proficient with GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation.
- Experience with Supabase/Postgres and modern authentication (Clerk) is a plus.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, ownership mindset.
