Lead a distributed DevOps team to architect and deliver secure, scalable microservices for a multi‑tenant SaaS platform, driving continuous deployment, platform engineering, and future‑state strategy across AWS and container ecosystems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve enterprise‑scale DevOps solutions for a multi‑tenant SaaS platform built on microservices.
- Lead a distributed team of DevOps engineers, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and best‑practice adoption.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Embed security‑first principles throughout the software delivery lifecycle, ensuring compliance and threat mitigation.
- Partner with executive leadership and engineering teams to align technology strategy with business goals and industry trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience, with proven leadership in a distributed environment.
- Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), and infrastructure as code.
- Strong background in containerization, microservices architecture, and secure software delivery practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Experience with multi‑tenant SaaS platforms and scaling operations is a plus.
