Lead and scale secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure for medical device software platforms, driving automation, CI/CD, and cloud operations across a global product portfolio.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional DevOps team to design, implement, and maintain highly available, secure infrastructure for medical device software.
- Architect and manage cloud environments (primarily AWS) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, ensuring rapid, reliable releases while meeting regulatory and security standards.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and security teams to embed compliance, audit readiness, and best practices into all stages of the development lifecycle.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance, cost, and reliability of production systems using modern observability tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps experience in regulated environments, preferably in medical device or life‑sciences sectors.
- Proficiency with AWS services, Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC tools.
- Strong background in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.) and automated testing.
- Deep understanding of security, compliance, and audit processes (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA 21 CFR Part 820).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
