Lead the engineering of scalable, AI‑first infrastructure, driving CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and cloud automation to support rapid product evolution and global deployment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain a highly available, container‑native platform using Kubernetes and Docker across AWS environments.
- Design and implement end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines with GitOps principles, ensuring rapid, reliable releases.
- Lead infrastructure as code initiatives with Terraform, managing multi‑region deployments and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to integrate AI services, monitoring, and observability into the platform.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing DevOps team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps experience in a SaaS or AI‑first environment.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS (EKS, ECS, S3, RDS), and Terraform.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Hands‑on experience with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
