About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines for data services, ensuring rapid, reliable deployments.
- Design and manage scalable Kubernetes clusters and Terraform‑driven infrastructure across AWS environments.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to enforce security, compliance, and data governance standards.
- Mentor and coach a growing team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and automation.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and drive proactive capacity planning for data workloads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps experience with a strong focus on data platform operations.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS services (EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda).
- Hands‑on scripting in Python and Bash, with experience building reusable automation modules.
- Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL pipelines, and data lake best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
