About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document gaps in system reliability, automation, and deployment strategies for AI training datasets.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles to ensure reproducible, scalable AI model training.
- Configure and maintain Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, and AWS infrastructure to support large‑scale AI workloads.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to translate operational best practices into training examples.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and AI developers on DevOps fundamentals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience in production environments.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD), and AWS services.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go for automation.
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for IaC.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
