Lead and maintain a high‑performance DevOps environment, designing CI/CD pipelines, managing container orchestration, and ensuring reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS. Drive process improvements, automation, and cross‑team collaboration to accelerate software delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry‑standard tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD) to support rapid, reliable software releases.
- Provision and manage scalable containerized workloads on Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and efficient resource utilization.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation across AWS environments.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to detect and resolve incidents proactively.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to embed best practices, enforce security policies, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and incident response practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive mindset for process optimization.
