About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and grow a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes for cloud‑native applications.
- Architect, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Define and enforce infrastructure‑as‑code standards using Terraform and related tooling.
- Partner with development, security, and operations teams to align delivery practices with business goals.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and drive root‑cause analysis to improve reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS.
- Proficiency in infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration skills and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
