Devops Engineer
Remote DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS, automating deployments with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines to support a high‑volume mortgage securitization platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure supporting mission‑critical mortgage securitization services.
- Develop and manage containerized workloads using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform to ensure repeatable, version‑controlled environments.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for automated testing, building, and deployment.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize reliability and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enforce best practices and compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform).
- Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments.
- Solid Linux administration skills and scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python).
