Devops Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and operation of scalable telco‑cloud voice interconnection services using AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for enterprise voice solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain highly available telco‑cloud voice interconnection platforms on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows to accelerate feature delivery.
- Collaborate with network, security, and product teams to define and enforce best practices for voice traffic routing, QoS, and compliance.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and conduct root‑cause analysis to minimize downtime.
- Document infrastructure, processes, and runbooks for knowledge sharing and audit readiness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of DevOps experience in cloud environments, preferably with telco or voice services.
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, VPC, Route 53, Direct Connect) and Kubernetes (EKS or self‑managed).
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
- Solid understanding of network protocols (SIP, RTP, BGP) and voice quality metrics.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
