Devops Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated DevOps pipelines and infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, while coaching a small team and driving high‑visibility initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
- Configure, tune, and manage application systems, containers, and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, providing technical guidance and best‑practice coaching.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and deployments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EC2, EKS, S3, CloudFormation).
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation and tooling.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in leading or coaching small engineering teams is a plus.
