About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Genesys Cloud Contact Center environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for contact center and collaboration services using industry best practices.
- Integrate Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools with contact center workflows, automating routine tasks and improving agent productivity.
- Develop and deploy automation scripts and workflows to streamline operations, leveraging AI and machine learning where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define infrastructure requirements, security policies, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of DevOps experience with a strong focus on contact center platforms.
- Proven expertise in Genesys Cloud administration and Microsoft Teams integration.
- Hands‑on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
- Strong scripting skills in Python or PowerShell and familiarity with AI/automation concepts.
