Job Summary
Our government client is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer (IT Production Support) to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise application environments. The role involves Oracle WebLogic administration, DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud services, application deployments, performance tuning, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, patch, and support Oracle WebLogic, Oracle HTTP Server, and enterprise middleware environments.
- Deploy and troubleshoot JAR, WAR, and EAR files in standalone and clustered environments.
- Monitor JVM, thread pools, connection pools, CPU, memory, and application performance.
- Analyze logs, thread dumps, JVM dumps, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Configure SSL/HTTPS certificates and maintain secure environments.
- Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
- Support Kubernetes (AKS, ARO) and cloud environments.
- Perform disaster recovery testing and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, DBAs, infrastructure, and networking teams.
- Support enterprise applications including Tableau, OpenText, HP Quality Center, Xerox DocuShare, and other COTS applications.
- Monitor batch jobs, system alerts, and provide production support.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and application inventories.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of Oracle WebLogic administration in enterprise Unix/Linux environments.

- Experience with application deployments, change management, and version control.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Arrangement
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
- 35-hour work week
